The Lidar Concepts & Resource Applications workshop was an opportunity for members of the Forest Service lidar community to meet and discuss this dynamically evolving technology. The workshop was co-sponsored by:
The USDA Forest Service Remote Sensing Applications Center (RSAC), The Forest Public Access Resource Center (ForestPARC), The National Center for Landscape Fire Analysis, and The USDA Forest Service Inventory and Analysis Program (FIA).
Participants included users from the Forest Service regions and research stations, FIA, FHTET, universities, and lidar vendors.
