The 1st Annual Forest PARC Workshop focused on both technical and user needs of LIDAR technology. The event was held May 17th-19th, 2004 in Moscow, Idaho, at the conference facilities of the Best Western-University Inn, beside the picturesque Moscow Mountain.

The workshop provided a regional forum for presentations and discussion of both technical research and end-user needs of LIDAR technology.  The program included a mix of keynote talks, technical presentations and current research by graduate students.
