TO BECOME A QUALIFIED DRIVER, YOU MUST...

• be at least 18 years old;
• be on the University of Idaho payroll*
• and you must have the following completed forms on file with CNR Motor Pool to qualify to drive:

	Driver's Record Request Form
	Vehicle Use Agreement Form

AND a 3-year driver background check:

	Idaho Drivers Licenses
	Out-of-State Licenses

*If you are not on the University of Idaho payroll, you must also complete the following form and turn it in to CNR Services when you pick up the vehicle keys for a trip.
