Collabs: Dr Rick Lawrence (MSU) Students: URL: Details: The Project has four Main Goals:
-
Examine the application of wavelet theory for pixel level fusion of polarimetric SAR and Hyperspectral optical imagery for improved information content and landcover classification.
-
Evaluate the application of decision tree analysis for fusion of polarimetric SAR and Hyperspectral optical imagery for improved information content and landcover classification.
-
Produce landcover maps of the Soda Butte Creek and Lamar River confluence area for the evaluation of fusion effectiveness.
-
Conduct further and related analysis as agreed upon by the parties hereto.
